DESCRIPTION:Are you curious about birds? Do you want to learn more\, but aren’t sure where to begin? Get started with our Beginner Birding Class! \nThe class will begin with a short presentation on basic bird anatomy\, ecology\, identification tips\, and a binocular tutorial. Then participants will get outside and gain hands-on birding experience through a guided bird ID walk. We will focus on using our senses to detect and identify birds in nature. \nA few optional supplies to bring with you: \n\nBinoculars\nField guide\nNotebook and pencil\n\nPlease scroll down to register.
