DESCRIPTION:Special Series Offered by SLNC’s Yoga Instructor\, Pat Fritz! \nMindful Outdoor Experience (“MOE”)\, Tuesdays\, June 1st through July 20th\, 7 to 8pm. \nAre you looking for more happiness\, self-compassion\, and playfulness? If yes\, this MOE is for you. This class is not a nature walk or a biology class about animals\, plants\, and trees. It is a class to slow down\, to become aware of the surrounding nature\, and to awaken your senses. Classes will include breath work\, warm-up exercises\, short-distance walking\, and sitting. \nDress for the weather (rain\, shine\, warm\, cold). There will be a series of 8 one-hour classes\, Tuesdays\, June 1st through July 20th\, from 7 to 8pm. \nRegister by scrolling down or by calling 215-785-1177.  \n**PLEASE BE SURE TO INDICATE WHICH DATE YOU’RE SIGNING UP FOR IF REGISTERING FOR A SINGLE CLASS.
