SUMMARY:North American Butterfly Association’s Annual Butterfly Count (NABA Count)
DESCRIPTION:It’s time again for the North American Butterfly Association’s Annual Butterfly Count! \nSilver Lake Nature Center will be participating in this Citizen Science Program on Saturday\, July 20th at 10am\, with Naturalist\, Robert Mercer. \nPublic participation is welcome\, but registration is due in advance. Please register by scrolling down. \nWhile experience identifying butterflies is helpful\, it is not a requirement to participate. We will be doing plenty of walking so dress appropriately and bring water as well as binoculars (if you have them). \n**There is a $3.00 fee for each participant that is given to NABA. This will be payable at the event.**
