DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event has closed. Please join us next time. Thank you!! \nWe hope you’ll join us for this very special event coming up on Saturday\, September 20th\, from 10am to 12pm! \nAmazing Local Artist/Teacher (AND former SLNC Summer Camp Counselor/current Friends of SLNC Board Member)\, Lauren Vogt\, will lead us on an “artistic adventure” as we do a painting of our Native Eastern Box Turtle!! \nThis special event will take place under the beautiful NEW SLNC Picnic Pavilion!! \nAll art supplies will be provided\, along with light snacks/refreshments. But please also feel free to bring your own snacks/non-alcoholic beverages. We have a water filling station inside the Visitors’ Center for your “bring your own” refillable water bottle. \nEarly registration is recommended as space is limited. \n  \nThe cost is $40/person for Friends of SLNC Members or $45/person for Non-members. \nPrices are the same for all ages. No refunds/exchanges unless event is canceled by SLNC. \nParticipants under the age of 18 years old must have a Participating/Paying Parent/Guardian accompanying them on this program. \nThis Event is a fundraiser\, and proceeds benefit the nonprofit Friends of SLNC organization.
