DESCRIPTION:Our wonderful volunteers did an incredible job cleaning up around Cassalia Pond at the Volunteer Workday last Saturday\, removing 1\,550 pounds of trash! Unfortunately\, there is much more to be done. We are asking for volunteers to come out and do a follow-up cleanup around Cassalia Pond this Thursday at 10am. Together we can remove the rest of the trash and make the world and SLNC an even better place! DESCRIPTION:Yoga in Nature\nat Silver Lake Nature Center\nThursdays • 6:30–7:30 PM \nJoin us for a weekly all-levels Yoga Class led by Andrea Wytish\, a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher. Classes are held outdoors in the Pergola at the SLNC Visitor’s Center (1306 Bath Rd\, Bristol\, PA).* No pre-registration is required — simply drop in. All levels are welcome. For ages 16+ (with a parent or guardian if under 18). \nEach Class is $18/person (cash\, Venmo\, or PayPal accepted). A portion of the proceeds supports the nonprofit Friends of Silver Lake Nature Center organization. \nPlease arrive 10–15 minutes early for registration\, payment\, and setup. \nPlease bring water and a yoga mat (limited mats are available on a first-come\, first-served basis). Layered clothing and a towel or blanket are also recommended. \n*Classes are held outdoors whenever possible and move indoors in the event of rain or extreme temperatures. Any cancellations due to instructor emergencies will be posted on Silver Lake Nature Center’s social media channels and website.
