Winter Tree ID Class ~ Walk & Talk

Learn how to identify Trees when the leaves are gone.
During this Winter Tree Identification Class, we’ll focus on buds, twigs, bark, leaf scars, and overall form—key features that remain visible all winter. Through clear examples and hands-on observation, participants will gain practical tools to recognize common Trees in the winter landscape.
This program is for adults and will include an indoor presentation as well as a walk on the Trails. Dress for the weather.
Cost for this excellent class is $10/person OR $5/person for Members of the Friends of SLNC. 100% of proceeds benefits the nonprofit Friends of SLNC organization.
