Volunteers Needed for SLNC’s Summer Nature Camp

SLNC is seeking Volunteer Summer Camp Assistants/Counselors-In-Training (CITs)!!
Students ages 15 – 17 have the opportunity to volunteer their time to be Counselors-In-Training at SLNC’s Summer Nature
Camp. These students are required to work at least 2 weeks from 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. CITs
assist counselors in conducting programs. They help children explore SLNC’s habitats, play games,
make crafts, and have fun! Students interested must fill out an application and will go through the interview
process. There is a mandatory orientation before Summer Camp starts. CITs may ask for letters of recommendation or letters to confirm their volunteer hours for school.
