Each week is packed with exciting, educational activities:

- 🛶 Kayaking (once per week)

Activities are subject to change at any time due to weather, staffing, or safety concerns. While we do our best to maintain all scheduled choice activities each week, adjustments may be necessary.
Cost & Registration
Weekly Camp Fee: $295
✔ Includes healthy lunch and snacks for weeks 1-8
A partial payment is required to reserve your child’s spot. Please contact me if you would like to set up a payment plan.
During registration, you will be asked whether you would like to add a purchase protection plan. Please NOTE:
- This protection is not offered by SLNC; it is included in the registration program, Regpack.
- Once added to your account and a payment has been made, we will not be able to remove it.
Waitlist Information
If a camp week is full, you may still sign up for the waitlist. Openings are filled on a first-come, first-served basis as spots become available. We recommend registering early.
Refund Policy
We understand plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before camp: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before camp: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
- If SLNC cancels camp: Full refund
We reserve the right to dismiss any child at any time due to misconduct. No refunds will be issued.
Special Overnight Camp Experience 🌙 SOLD OUT
Ages: 9–14
Dates: July 17 -July 18
Additional Cost: $85 per camper
Give your camper a night they’ll never forget!
Our special overnight camp experience allows campers
to stay overnight at Silver Lake Nature Center and
enjoy an evening adventure in the great outdoors.
Overnight Highlights Include:
- 🔥 Campfire with s’mores
- 🍽️ Homemade dinner/breakfast
- 💃 Glow-in-the-dark dance party
- 🌌 Nocturnal hike to search for animals at dusk
Counselor In Training (CIT) Program
Ages: 15–17
Our CIT program is a great opportunity for teens to gain hands-on
experience working in a camp setting while earning volunteer hours.
Requirements:
- Volunteer for a minimum of 2 weeks
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Attend a mandatory orientation
- Complete an application and interview
CIT Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting counselors with activities
- Helping campers explore nature
- Supporting games, crafts, and group activities
CITs may request letters of recommendation or verification of volunteer hours for school.
