Our birding by Kayak class is new this year and will give participants a chance to observe the wonderful birds of Silver Lake Nature Center by kayak! The trip will be an educational guided tour and will give you an excellent chance to do some birding in a nontraditional way! This 3-hour class will only be for participants who have kayaked before and will take place on the waters of Silver Lake (at Silver Lake Park).

Pre-registration is required if participating. Space is limited and these programs fill up quickly.

**Participants under the age of 18 years old must have a Participating/Paying Parent/Guardian accompanying them on this program

Restrictions: Our Kayaks are best suited for people between the height of 4ft 10in and 6ft 2in, and between 90 lbs. and 250 lbs. If you are over/under these guidelines (and have not already let us know), please contact us to discuss alternate accommodations.
