Mindful Outdoor Experience (MOE)

Are you looking for more happiness, self-compassion, and playfulness? If yes, this MOE is for you. This class is not a nature walk or a biology class about animals, plants, and trees. It is a class to slow down, to become aware of the surrounding nature, and to awaken your senses. Classes will include breath work, warm-up exercises, short-distance walking, and sitting.

Dress for the weather (rain, shine, warm, cold). There will be a series of 8 one-hour classes every Tuesday and Thursday, from Tuesday, April 13^th through Thursday,  May 6^th; 6 – 7pm.

$120 per person for the Series OR $100 per person for the Series for Friends of SLNC Members.
