General Tips for Injured/Orphaned Wildlife:

• Before acting, call one of the above Centers for instructions.
• Do not handle. Human exposure can be dangerous to the animal and decrease its chances of survival.
• Do not attempt to feed or give water to the animal.
• Do not release orphaned animals into the wild. It can impact other wildlife by spreading disease and can also be harmful to the orphaned animal.
• Please keep in mind that oftentimes, animals may seem injured or orphaned, but are not. So please follow the above tips before acting. Thank you.
